Room Rate

The room rates listed below are special rates offered exclusively for this event, and availability is limited at each hotel. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The rate is only available from September 15 to September 18, 2025(check-in on September 15 and check-out on September 19). If you plan to stay before or after this period, please note that the room rate may differ, and you will need to contact the hotel directly to check availability and pricing.
All room rates include applicable taxes. Please note that breakfast is not included.
